ElevateEvery Listing
The FPV one-take tour most agents can't get anywhere else — plus HDR photography, drone, 360° and a hosted website for every listing. Delivered next day, and nothing is charged until you have seen the work.
A completeproperty marketing solution
No need to coordinate multiple vendors. Every project is captured, edited and delivered by a single creative professional — led by the FPV one-take tour, the one asset your competition cannot quote for.
A single unbroken flight from the street, through the front door and out over the pool. The clip buyers actually finish watching — and the one thing you will not find on a competitor's price list.
HDR Photography
Bracketed, hand-blended interiors and exteriors — corrected for verticals, colour and window pulls. Delivered MLS-sized and print-sized.
Drone Photography
FAA Part 107 aerials that place the property in its lot, its street and its view line. Boundary overlays on request.
Cinematic & AI Video
Scripted narration, pacing and captions generated from the listing sheet, then graded by hand. Three cutdowns per property.
360° Virtual Tour
Matterport-ready walkthroughs with floor plans and measurements, embedded in your listing site and MLS supplement.
Property Websites
A cloud-hosted single-property site — gallery, tour, floor plans, downloads and your contact card on one link.
One flight.The whole house.
Not a slideshow of rooms — one unbroken move from the fairway to the far end of the plan. Scroll to fly it, or jump to any stop.
Sample tour · a private residence at The Madison Club, La Quinta
01Arrival
Approach over the 18th
The flight opens low over the fairway and crosses the property line without a cut — the establishing shot that tells a buyer exactly where the house sits.
Why it mattersIn a club community, position is most of the price. One unbroken move shows the lot, the orientation and the mountain backdrop in a single read — something a still has to imply across four images.
Fun factAn FPV quad flies this pass close to the ground and faster than a camera drone can hold. There is no gimbal smoothing it out; the steadiness is in the flying.
02The water
Pool, spa, and the glass wall
The camera drops to deck height and holds the whole rear elevation at once: glass, raised spa, and lawn running out to the course.
Why it mattersRear elevations sell desert homes. Buyers want to know how much of the house opens to the water and how much of it is shaded in July. One continuous move answers both without a floor plan.
Fun factA raised spa that spills into the main pool is there for sound as much as heat — moving water is the cheapest way to mask a road or a neighbouring lot.
03The loggia
The outdoor room
Under the deep overhang: a fireplace, seating, and shade held all afternoon by the roof plane itself rather than by anything that has to be unrolled.
Why it mattersThe covered loggia is the space most listings underexpose. A moving camera ramps its exposure through the transition instead of committing to the bright side or the dark one.
Fun factDeep overhangs on desert houses are climate control, not decoration. A roof that projects far enough shades the glass through summer and still lets low winter sun reach the same floor.
04The kitchen
The working wall
The working wall goes full height and dark — integrated appliances, no hardware, nothing to read — so the living side of the room keeps the light and the view.
Why it mattersKitchens are where buyers slow down, so the tour slows with them. The pass along this island is one of the longest holds in the flight.
Fun factPanel-front appliances read as cabinetry on camera. Half the work in photographing a kitchen like this is finding the seams; in motion you never have to.
05The great room
When the walls disappear
The glass pockets into the wall, the terrace and the great room become one floor, and the camera flies straight through the opening without slowing down.
Why it mattersIndoor–outdoor living is a claim on most listings and a fact on a few. Carrying a camera through the plane of the wall is the only way to show which one a buyer is looking at.
Fun factThis is the shot no other format takes. A camera drone is too wide to thread the opening, a slider cannot cross the threshold, and a photograph has to shoot the room twice.
06The gallery
The long view
Framed work runs the length of the room over the billiard table, the wine wall glows at the end of it, and the courtyard stands open on the other side.
Why it mattersLong axes are the hardest thing to photograph and the easiest thing to fly. A wide lens compresses a long hall into something that reads short; moving through it puts the distance back.
Fun factSalon hanging — floor to ceiling, frame to frame — comes from the Paris Salon, where wall space was rationed and everything accepted went up at once.
07The landing
Where the tour ends
The flight finishes in the quiet end of the plan and settles — the last frame of a take that never stopped rolling.
Why it mattersOne take means one file, one link, one thing for an agent to send. No chapter menu, no thumbnail grid, no decision handed to the buyer before they have seen anything.
Fun factEvery frame you just scrolled through is in flight order. Nothing was cut and nothing was reordered — the tour really is one continuous shot.
This is what yourlistings could look like

Interiors that keep the view
Hand-blended exposures hold the room and the window in one frame — no white glass, no orange cast on the walls.

The twilight most listings miss
Shot in the twenty minutes after sunset and blended by hand, so the sky earns its place instead of sitting there pale.

The view, sold properly
If the outlook is the reason the home is worth the asking price, it has to survive the drive home on a phone screen.

Fourteen years of designbehind every listing
I'm Juan Gil. I've spent over fourteen years as a graphic and UX/UI designer — inside agencies, for government, and on in-house creative teams. One Hill Media is where all of that meets real estate.
Today I design the brand and digital presence for the enterprises of the Augustine Band of Cahuilla Indians. Before that I rebuilt Augustine Casino's brand identity and its website — and that's where the photography, video and FPV drone work started, capturing a place so it feels like somewhere you want to be. Earlier still: webmaster for the Government of Antioquia in Colombia, and web creative at Arkix on projects for clients including Yamaha and Madonna.
That background is the reason your listing website isn't a template. It's designed and built by someone who has shipped websites professionally since 2010, where user research, accessibility and page performance are part of the job rather than an upsell. The same person plans the shoot, flies the drone, grades the footage and builds the site — so there is exactly one person accountable for how your listing looks, and you always know who to call.
